We make every effort to pack the parcels safely and discreetly. The products are secured with bubble wrap and hard cardboard. We send small promotional gifts with every order.

What is the shipping method?
You will receive the products in a securely packed parcel with a tracking number. You can track your order on the courier's website.
When will I receive my tracking number?
You will receive your tracking number the second day after shipment. Otherwise, please contact us.
How long does the entire ordering and shipping process take?
Upon receipt of your payment, we will process and ship your order within 2 to 3 business days.
What if I provide the wrong address?
