Where can I send my payment?
Information regarding where the payment should be sent is provided after the order has been placed and sent directly to the email address. If you do not receive this information when placing your order, please contact us and we will email you the details!
PLEASE NOTE: Orders must be paid within 48 hours; after that, you must place a new order. Always transfer the money to the bank account provided when placing the order.
How long does it take to transfer my money?
We usually receive a bank transfer within 1-3 business days.
If the transaction is successful, we will ship the goods within 1-2 hours after receipt of payment!
Which transfer title should I use?
Information regarding the transfer title to be used will be provided after the order has been placed and sent directly to the email address.
What should be in the transfer title?
The title of the transfer must read: Order number [letters] or First name, Last name and City.
What happens if I use the wrong transfer title?
If you include anything else in the transfer subject line, such as the name of the ordered product, the package will not be shipped and the money will not be refunded.
Can I cancel an order if I have already paid?
No, paid orders cannot be cancelled. Every order is processed immediately and returns are not possible.
