How long does shipping take?
The delivery time is up to approx. 48 hours in the Netherlands. The delivery time to other EU countries is 3-4 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs range from 17-25 euros [depending on the courier service].
Can I change the delivery address on the DPD website? Redirect the package?
NO. It is prohibited to forward a package to another address. A change of address is also prohibited.
When will my package be shipped?
The package will be shipped after payment of the order. This may take approximately 2 to 3 days from the date of receipt of the transfer.
Is it safe?

Can I cancel an order that has already been paid for?
No. As soon as we have received your payment, your order will be processed. It is not possible to cancel the order.

I am often allergic to oils; which product should I choose then?
If you have a problem with oils, I recommend Eifelfango to start with. It has a lower concentration of 250mg/ml instead of 300mg and is a neutral oil.
I have a nut oil allergy, what should I choose?
No product contains walnut oil.

Post Cycle Therapy after testosterone treatment - what is it?
PCT [English] Post Cycle Therapy or deblocking is post-steroid deblocking therapy, especially after long cycles of anabolic steroids or prohormones. Post Cycle Therapy is of great importance when steroids are used in very high doses or with multiple steroids simultaneously. Post Cycle Therapy is aimed at minimizing side effects and complications of steroid cycles. The effects of PCT include preserving gained muscle mass, preventing gynecomastia, preventing testicular atrophy and oligospermia, and minimizing strength loss. Depending on the active ingredients used, the effects of post-cycle therapy blockers are divided into two groups: aromatase inhibitors and estrogen receptor blockers. In the case of aromatase inhibitors, they are designed to prevent the aromatization of certain compounds, including testosterone.
How is an injection performed correctly?
Clean the injection site with alcohol and a cotton ball.
Insert the needle at a 90-degree angle.
Perform an aspiration before injecting (to ensure that the needle has not been inserted into a blood vessel).
Slowly inject all the fluid into the muscle by gently pushing the plunger down.
Pull the needle out.
Wipe the injection site with an alcohol wipe.
The injection was performed correctly.
