Final Sale Only: All sales are strictly FINAL. We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products once the order has been processed, shipped, or delivered.
Health and Safety Compliance: Once a product leaves our controlled climate facilities, its storage conditions (such as temperature and humidity) cannot be verified. Therefore, to ensure product integrity, we absolutely cannot accept items back into our inventory.
The Only Exception: An exchange or refund will only be considered under one of two conditions: if the customer received an incorrect item (different from the order) or if the item arrived visibly damaged before opening its original seal. Any such discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof provided to our support team.
